In the future...

I in the future, I don't know nothing, but in my mind, only dreaming, I would like to travel a lot, for so many places, to know new cultures, to see different landscapes, to eat every original food of each place I visit, and of course, someone is paying me for all of this. But this future is my big fantasy, because is impossible, only if my dad or my mom win the Kino or Loto, if that doesn't happen I have no chance, and I think it won't happen.

Talking seriously, I would like to work in something about textil area or gold-smithing, but I know I have to work in anything before finding the perfect job for me, but I will search a lot for that tranquility.

And the most important, I would like to live with me doing what I like, weaving, eating, traveling, seeing the people, like my friend, my family and party with all of them.

I admire...

In Textile Arts, one of my favorites areas is the costume, in this area I admire Iris Van Herper, because is the best designer who works with art pieces. Her designs are surreal, because they work with materials which represent other, like water, smoke, etc.

The essence of van Herpen is expressing the character and emotions of a woman and to extend the shape of the feminine body in detail. She mixes craftsmanship- using old and forgotten techniques with innovation and materials inspired on the world to come.

She said this:

“For me fashion is an expression of art that is very close related to me and to my body.

I see it as my expression of identity combined with desire, moods and cultural setting.”

Her designs require every time and unique treatment of material or even the creation of complete new materials. For this reason, Van Herpen prefers interdisciplinary research and often collaborates with other artists or scientists.

In all her work she try to make clear that fashion is an artistic expression, showing and wearing art, and not just a functional and devoid of content or commercial tool.

My best holidays ...

For me, my holidays begin when I finished the last university exam, after that I could do anything I want. The best of my holidays was in summer, in 2014. I travel to La Serena with my boyfriend and my parents, for visit to friends. They live in a plot, which it has a awesome view of the foot of the hills.

We stayed a week in her house, but after that my boyfriend and me travel to valle del elqui and we camping near the river, we saw the moon, was so romantic!!!!!!, our first travel .

 Later we return to Santiago, because I had to travel with aaaaaaaaall my family to Brazil, for the marriage of my cousin in Curitiba. We were 18 chilians in the party, it was so awesome, first, all the girls went to the hairdresser, we were 9, we fill the hairdresser. 

  The party (I say again) was AWESOME. My cousin danced cueca after the waltz, and then a batucada entered with ten samba dancers!!! It was amazing.

  

At the next day all of us went to the beach, a week in Camboriu, all in one house, like a reality show. But we had fun :) 

This was my best holidays because I saw people that I missed a lot,enjoy the beach, travel with my boyfriend, I lived a '' real'' reality show with all my family, and I saw beautiful landscapes. I did a lot!!

A country I would like to visit.

The country I would like to visit is in Asia, truly I would like to know the whole word and to see everything, but it's a difficult idea, for the time that I have, but the country I would love to go is Thailand, because it's very famous for it's beaches, the pictures that I saw were awesome, and made me dream with this travel.

 

In this imaginary journey, i would like to go to the beach, of course, I would buy something in the floating market, I would dive in the ocean and to see fishes and other animals, I would know the temples, I would rove the cities and eat in the street markets or traditional restaurants, but to enjoy local food.

I would do this travel with my friends, because I laugh a lot with them, and we have “the chemistry”.
